Requirements
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience with fully integrated ERP system
- Experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Responsibilities
- Verifies and processes invoices for payment
- Processes vendor credits and applies to outstanding Parts Purchase Returns
- Reconciles and assists with outstanding vendor receivers including goods received not invoiced reporting
- Reconciles and analyzes outstanding vendor invoices and balances
Other
- High School diploma or GED and a minimum two years at Vocational or Technical School (or comparable experience in industry - preferably in the Parts Dept area)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail and accuracy
