Charles River Development (CRD), now part of State Street, is seeking a Post-Production Technical Support Specialist (PPTSS) to support customers post-go-live of the CRIMS product. This role is crucial for defining client requirements, configuring the application, testing workflows, and resolving technical issues to ensure successful client adoption and ongoing satisfaction with CRD's enterprise investment management software solutions.

Other
- Candidates must have investment trading experience.
