Requirements
- 1-2 years of technical product experience is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Be a first responder when a customer has questions or concerns
- Train customers on features and help guide them through the product
- Maintain/troubleshoot product and system integrations
- Troubleshoot issues and work with our product team on resolutions
- Help manage and create articles for our growing help center
- Need to understand all product features and have complete knowledge of integrations
- Work with customers through phone calls, live chats and emails
Other
- 1-2 years of customer support/service experience
- Loves to work with customers and problem solve
- Willing to work as a team and collaborate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible hybrid work-from-home policy (after initial 90-day training period)
