CACI is responsible for providing comprehensive Integrated Product Support (IPS) services for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS) to ensure warfighting readiness across the globe by increasing the operational availability and mission effectiveness of all currently deployed and future TIGS SoS.

- Advanced user capabilities of Microsoft software applications required primarily Project, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Responsibilities
- Manages product support activities from conceptual stage through the life cycle of the product.
- Develops and implements product support activities including integrated logistics support (ILS), technical documentation, reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM), provisioning, etc
- Coordinates efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel
- Resolves logistics and maintenance problems
- Compiles data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite product support activities.
