Aspen Custom Trailers is looking for a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to cover, retain, develop, and ensure customer satisfaction for a specific group of customers within an assigned territory. The goal is to increase the book of business and build relationships by providing innovative product support solutions.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Experience in Visual Manufacturing an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client information and data using Aspen’s software and other tools available to enable accurate market intelligence, pricing, estimates, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate and timely forecasts, pricing, estimates, and market intelligence for parts and service revenue targets for the assigned customer base.
- Achieve profitable parts and service revenue in line with corporate targets.
- Develop department strategies to grow business year over year.
- Forecast annual sales.
- Acquire product knowledge
- Overseeing administrative and technical aspects of office if needed.
Other
- High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 5+ years of industry experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in Heavy Haul industry is an asset.
- Requires a valid driver's license and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record.
- Must be able to travel on a regular basis to include overnight stays.
