Requirements
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux advanced settings and configurations
- Proficient in small electronic repairs, low voltage wiring, and troubleshooting
- Safe use of power and hand tools

- Advanced Windows and Linux Configuration
- Creative concepts and development including escape rooms, laser tag, special effect lighting, virtual reality, and arcade attractions
- Concept to implementation for various projects
- Low voltage wiring
- PCB and PLC development
- Problem-solving common PC hardware and software errors
- Network design and implementation

- Help Desk - Able to handle internal and external support cases by phone, email, or chat (a rotating on-call schedule that includes evenings/weekends)
- Strong aptitude for learning and self-teaching
