Requirements
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills (press releases, Q&A, speeches, intranet news, etc.)
- Experience working with media and executive leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects with creativity, flexibility, and efficiency
- Genuine interest in technology – connectivity, software, AI, and propulsion systems
- Strong marketing mindset and ability to promote products and ideas across channels
- Experience in international or cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Build close relationships with engineers and experts across the Product Development & Technology function to identify strong stories
- Shape original narratives to promote Stellantis’ reputation as a technology leader
- Drive internal communication efforts that connect and inspire employees
- Reinforce employees' pride and sense of belonging as Stellantis evolves into a global mobility tech company
- Manage multiple projects with creativity, flexibility, and efficiency
- Work with media and executive leadership to communicate complex technology stories
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Stellantis' technology and products
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Must be able to communicate complex technology stories in an engaging and accessible way
- Must be able to work with employees at all levels of the organization
