The Product Technician is responsible for merchandise handling, including loading, securing, delivering, setting up, troubleshooting, and demonstrating. Reviewing lease agreements is also occasionally required.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills or working knowledge of electronic products
- Good driving skills
- Satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it, drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver's License, and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy
Responsibilities
- Verify correct product and accessories for delivery or return
- Ensure that all merchandise is clean and in operating condition before delivery
- Load, secure, and protect products in the delivery vehicle
- Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
- Perform routine service calls and product exchanges
- Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned
- Conduct daily inspections of assigned delivery vehicles to ensure safety and maintenance guidelines are met

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and "dollying" 50-300 pounds
- Neatly groomed appearance
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work a schedule of budgeted hours varying from 8am to 9pm
