The company is looking to solve the problem of installing, manufacturing, upgrading, servicing, and troubleshooting of AGT (Advanced Gaming Technology) products.
Requirements
- Knowledge of electronic components
- IT experience
- Basic computer proficiency
- Proficiency in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostics of gaming devices
- Strong IT skills
- Prior experience in a similar position is preferable
Responsibilities
- Perform in-shop assembly, maintenance, modification, and overhaul of AGT products and associated equipment according to AGT operation manuals, service guides, and departmental policies.
- Install, upgrade, configure, diagnose, and conduct final testing of AGT products and gaming devices.
- Identify and escalate issues or concerns to management that may impact manufacturing processes or cause delays in production.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Report findings and recommendations to supervisors or management.
- Diagnose parts and peripherals

- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the gaming-related field or relevant training is preferred
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, bend, and stretch for extended periods
