LPL Financial is looking to enhance user engagement and adoption of their proprietary platforms by designing, implementing, and optimizing WalkMe solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years WalkMe builder experience
- Experience working in a deadline-driven software development environment.
- Experience with front-end development frameworks and libraries (e.g., jQuery, Angular).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
- Ability to conduct thorough testing of implementations to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, documenting test cases, results, and any issues encountered during the QA process.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and/or Javascript experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement WalkMe solutions to enhance user engagement and adoption of LPL Financial proprietary platforms.
- Create and customize adoption features to assist users in navigating complex processes.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and optimize WalkMe implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WalkMe deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and service support, to understand and meet client needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of WalkMe solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure all WalkMe implementations meet the highest standards of functionality and usability.
