CallTrackingMetrics is looking for a Product Training Partner to develop and implement engaging learning experiences for product training, focusing on increasing technical product knowledge and ensuring professional development of team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience explaining technical solutions to customers and coaching peers
- Knowledge of instructional design strategies and multimodal learning models
- Familiarity and comfort with a variety of software and presentation tools (Google slides, Zoom, etc.)
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems, such as Paycor
- Ability to quickly analyze complex business requirements and learn technical software in order to develop training materials and create interactive learning experiences
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of current learning theories and modern delivery solutions when facilitating classes for product training
- Serve as a LMS administrator for product training. This responsibility includes creating and maintaining self-led learning learning paths, uploading and maintaining recorded trainings, publishing training schedules, and track instructor and self-led training attendance.
- Work closely with the product management team to become a CTM product expert, training on current and new features as well as integrations
- Develop new hire curriculum
- Create learning paths for product training, as needed, to support employees that are promoted or moved into new roles within the company to ensure that they are set-up for success
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, or Human Resources preferred, but not required
- Confidence and ability to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels and with various technical skill levels
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team-oriented, with the ability to empathize with our customers and employees’ training needs and quickly build rapport
