Haemonetics is looking to add to its core talent by hiring a professional who can deliver product training to internal and external clients, ensuring safe and efficient operation of their equipment.
Requirements
- 3 years in a clinical environment preferably in plasma or blood collection - Required
- Previous experience training others highly desired.
- Demonstrated written communication skills
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Effectively coaches and delivers constructive feedback
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Teach customers and distributors how to safely and efficiently operate Haemonetics equipment and related disposables.
- Provide technical expertise support for customer personnel, as well as Haemonetics’ employees.
- Provide feedback to business unit management concerning customer comments and equipment performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the applications of new and existing equipment and competitive products.
- Evaluate training and development effectiveness by assessing application of learning to job performance and recommending future training and development programs.
- Responsible to certify trainings completed in a satisfactory manner and ensure summary of training certificates completed as well as conduct follow up as needed.
- Ensure effective maintenance of training records as required.
