LOFT is seeking a Production Designer to produce final assets across a variety of marketing channels, focusing on print production while supporting digital needs, ensuring pixel-perfect and print-ready collateral.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in both print and digital production design
- Deep understanding of print production processes, color management, file prep, and vendor coordination
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD
- working knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Workfront, Asana, Trello)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Work closely with designers and project managers to produce pixel-perfect, print-ready and digital-ready collateral using established templates and brand guidelines
- Mock up creative concepts and final executions for a wide range of print deliverables including direct mailers, magalogs, in-store signage, postcards, packaging, and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure all print assets meet technical specifications (bleeds, trims, color profiles, resolution, etc.)
- Maintain consistent visual execution across all print and digital deliverables
- Organize and prepare final production files for output, working with vendors as needed to meet print specifications and delivery deadlines
- Produce and deliver assets for email, web, paid media, social, and other digital channels as needed
- Uphold file naming conventions and maintain a meticulous approach to file structure and version control
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
- Clear, confident communicator with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot design and technical issues quickly
- This position works in a hybrid model, with required days worked in the LOFT office location in New York NY as defined by business needs.
