MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC. (MNAe) is seeking a Production Engineering Manager to provide leadership to all operations in an assigned production department, ensuring production operations meet internal and external customer requirements for electric vehicle components.
Requirements
- Ability to draw using CAD software - Experience with Autodesk preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain engineering documents such as Work Standards, Control Plans, PFMEA, Work Instructions etc.
- Monitoring the daily production efficiency and implementing activities to ensure KPIs meet the target.
- Ensure product and process quality meets the specifications required.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning the production process, logistic flow, and equipment layout.
- Support and lead continuous improvement, problem-solving, and process improvement activities.
- Implement continuous improvement activities for ongoing scrap reduction, cycle time reduction, and downtime reduction.
- Review of process machine/process tooling specifications and confirmation of manufacturing specifications.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of production engineering in the automotive industry.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Korean) is preferred but not required.
