Requirements
- Experience with ERP (PP/MM modules), SAP preferred
- Experience with Excel, and planning tools (e.g., APO, IBP)
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, production planning, or supply chain roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with and ERP (PP/MM modules), SAP preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer forecasts to develop accurate demand plans.
- Translate demand plans into executable assembly schedules.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure capacity alignment and timely execution.
- Monitor and adjust schedules based on material availability, labor constraints, and priority changes.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to support assembly operations while minimizing excess.
- Generate KPIs and dashboards to track forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, and inventory health.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve planning efficiency and responsiveness.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, production planning, or supply chain roles
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams
- Participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
