Requirements
- Experience working with avionics or electronics.
- Experience troubleshooting/debuging modules, CCAs to the component level.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting Digital and RF electrical schematics.
- Experience in using electronic test equipment: Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Signal Analyzer, Digital Multimeter to functionally test and troubleshoot hardware.
- Experience with ESD (electrostatic discharge) and FOD (foreign object damage) control.
- Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
- Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
- Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
- May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
- May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
- May be required to perform conformal/corona coating applications for printed circuit boards (PWB).
Other
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of industry-related experience.
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Advanced education in avionics or electronics.
- Developmental or operational test experience.
