Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Production Test Technician to support the testing and evaluation of electro-mechanical systems critical to national defense supporting the ARRGM Program.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Maintenance Data Collection systems (MES, FMT, CAMS, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Experience in the aerospace or defense industry
- Understanding of environmental chamber operations
- Familiarity with quality systems TipQA and industry standards
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Electrical test set-up and performance, Preventive maintenance and calibration, Test equipment troubleshooting and repair, Anechoic and thermal chamber operations, Use of test instruments (power supplies, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, etc.), Data logging and reporting using Excel
Responsibilities
- Set up and perform testing of electro-mechanical devices following written instructions
- Record and analyze test data to ensure compliance with customer specifications
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area following ESD and FOD procedures
- Operate independently with minimal supervision
- Electrical test set-up and performance
- Preventive maintenance and calibration
- Test equipment troubleshooting and repair
