Securitas Technology is seeking a Security Program Manager to support the Google Data Center Program across the United States, ensuring seamless execution of security technology projects and delivering robust, compliant, and scalable solutions that align with the client’s global standards.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise security systems, particularly Axis network video and CCure access control, plus familiarity with other leading platforms.
  • Experience with system design review, technical specifications, and integration oversight.
  • Knowledge of commissioning processes, structured cabling, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with Google Data Center programs or other hyperscale data center environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of multiple security technology projects across US data center sites, including new builds, upgrades, and refurbishments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Google’s security design teams and appointed system integrators, ensuring design intent is executed without deviation.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of Axis and CCure platforms, as well as other enterprise security technologies, to validate designs, review technical documentation, and support troubleshooting.
  • Oversee system commissioning, acceptance testing, and handover to operations.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in system performance, integration, and lifecycle maintenance.
  • Support client governance processes, including regular progress reviews and stakeholder meetings.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve delivery efficiency and consistency across the program.

  • Ability to travel nationally as required (approx. 25–40%).
  • Experience working as part of a distributed team and managing projects remotely.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing multi-site security technology projects, ideally in mission-critical environments.
