Google DeepMind's GeminiApp team is on a mission to build a universal AI assistant that will empower billions of people, aiming to increase productivity and creativity by 10 to 100-fold. The Program Manager will help shape product strategy and ensure the team runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in program or project management
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in an agile, extremely high-volume, and fast-paced product environment, with the capacity to juggle multiple competing priorities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated success in implementing and maintaining organizational processes and systems
- Proven self starter and ability to manage well-scoped projects and drive execution from start to finish
- Effective collaborator with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in project management in a product or data science organization
- Previous experience with managing data analysis outputs and workflows
Responsibilities
- Serve as the core operational lead for the GeminiApp DS team.
- Drive the execution and governance of recurring insights reviews and reports (e.g., weekly/bi-weekly cadence), ensuring key product stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Rigorously keep track of our review cadence, insights pipeline, next steps, and action items.
- Support the process for articulating the team's impact and story to XFN partners and executive leadership across Google.
- Support the narrative around our key findings and strategic contributions.

- BA/BS degree in technical or business fields or equivalent practical experience
- Lead efforts to foster internal team culture, streamline onboarding for new hires, and enhance the overall team experience by coordinating team events like offsites, All Hands, and local outings.
- MBA and/or graduate degree
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $126,000 USD - 181,000 USD + bonus + equity + benefits.
