Requirements
- Experience in driving, building, and qualifying New Product Introduction (NPI) process stages with engineering teams.
- Experience working in hardware or contract manufacturing for supply chain operations.
- Experience working with hardware programs (e.g., PCBA) or networking products (e.g., NICs, switches, optics, racks).
- Experience in Supply/Demand planning
- Experience in leading operational initiatives and managing cross-functional trade offs/alignments across multiple regions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and continuously improve business processes and tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional Program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
- Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality and capacity parameters, and ensure production transitions meet program goals.
- Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e., material availability, cost, assembly, test, Bill of Materials (BOM), capacity readiness, and transition plans).
- Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule, or demand.
