Requirements
- Serve as the subject matter expert for key platforms like Jira, driving optimization, standardization of workflows, and dashboard creation.
- Design and implement scalable operational processes across large technical organizations, utilizing skills in change management, influencing for buy-in, and decision-making to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with TPMs and Product Operations to streamline major planning cycles.
- Own the central technical documentation hub, ensuring it serves as the single source of truth for the organization.
- Design, manage, and execute the standardized technical onboarding program, leveraging the central hub.
- Streamline the process for generating communications artifacts and improve the quality and readability of communications across the organization, ensuring communication hygiene on DLs and Slack channels.
- Evaluate, pilot, and roll out new execution tools and processes, specifically focusing on leveraging Generative AI solutions to enhance program management methodologies and operational excellence.

- Serve as the operational hub for the Ads Engineering, Data Science (DSE), and Technical Program Management (TPM) organizations.
- Own key processes and frameworks to ensure alignment, visibility, and successful outcomes, maintaining execution quality, efficiency, and communication across multiple cross-functional Ads programs.
- 5+ years experience in Program Management or Project Management, preferably within technical or infrastructure-focused environments.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels.
- Lead the planning and execution of key culture events, including Hack Days and Demo Fairs, and partner with leaders on brand-building efforts to attract top technical talent.
