The company is looking for a Program Manager to manage all aspects of the product development life cycle for tactical power systems for the US military, ensuring customer needs are met within scope, schedule, and cost.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with the duties and roles listed
- Demonstrated strength in Microsoft Office suite
- Four (4) years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Government contracts, or project management in other industries
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
- Technical Background
Responsibilities
- Define, plan, and manage scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives
- Build and lead cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT)
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure accountability across the IPT
- Identify, document, and track requirements, ensuring compliance with customer and contractual needs
- Development and maintain project plans, including Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Establish cost and schedule baselines and manage against them using Earned Value Management (EVM) or equivalent methods
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- We are an International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) facility and hire only United States (U.S.) persons who are defined as U.S. citizens or green card holders
- Up to ten (10)% Continental United States (CONUS) travel is required
