Google DeepMind is seeking to scale its engagement with external partners who are testing its advanced robotics models through the Robotics Trusted Tester Program (TTP). The company needs a Program Manager to support the smooth operation and scaling of this initiative, ensuring effective onboarding, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Experience working with external partners or customers.
- Experience working on a developer relations or early-access/beta testing program.
- Experience with issue tracking software (like Jira or Taskflow) and project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Trusted Tester Program (TTP) onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners.
- Serve as a key point of contact for trusted testers, coordinating with cross-functional partners in Developer Relations, Engineering, and Partnerships to address their needs.
- Help schedule and prepare for partner meetings and workshops, and assist in collecting and summarizing critical model feedback through surveys and other methods.
- Track technical issues and feature requests from testers in our internal issue tracking system (Taskflow) to ensure they are addressed by the technical team.
- Support product launches, such as the Gemini Robotics-ER 1.5 Preview on AI Studio, by helping to track the creation of developer documentation and coordinating with commercialization teams.
- Assist in coordinating with internal and external partners on data acquisition and data labeling efforts to support the broader robotics team.

- US base salary range for this position is between $147,000 USD - $216,000 USD
