Apple's Worldwide Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead Product Operations focused initiatives. The goal is to enable new supply chain capabilities, drive process optimization, increase scale & efficiency, and minimize cost.
Requirements
- 3+ years of program management experience in supply chain or related field
 
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes in the electronics industry - design, manufacturing, logistics, after-sale service
 
- Proficient knowledge of the systems implementation and development life cycles.
 
- Proficient at leading multiple efforts simultaneously in a global capability including working with international teams.
 
- Executive Presentation: Ability to summarize key points and tie them back to the customer experience & business objectives
 
- Proven track record of leading strategic programs, combined with the ability to execute at tactical project-level activities and tasks.
 
- Experience with business process mapping and driving supply chain process improvement using Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.

Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
 
- MBA or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
 
- Proven ability to thrive in a matrixed organization, build cross-functional relationships, and make data-driven decisions.
 
- The base pay range for this role is between $142,000 and $214,100
