Featherlite Exiss Sooner systems, including our Epicor ERP system, require ongoing development, testing, and maintenance of software applications to support business operations. This involves analyzing, defining, and implementing software solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in VB.NET and/or C-Sharp.NET, SSRS and SQL are required
  • Experience in EPICOR ERP software Designing and maintaining BAQs, Crystal Reports, SSRS reports, and dashboards a plus
  • Creating data driven integrations between Epicor ERP and other business systems a plus
  • Experience programming in Manufacturing environment a plus
  • Experience interfacing with Autodesk products a plus
  • Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop Epicor and other system customizations as needed, including Dashboards, BAQ’s and Screen modifications.
  • Lead programming on new systems development projects.
  • Lead programming maintenance on existing systems, including custom trailer configurator and quoting tool
  • Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
  • Work with Technical Staff to assist in resolving problems with software products.
  • Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation.

Other

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred 2-5 five+ years related work experience in absence of formal education.
  • Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
  • Flexible and adaptable regarding learning and understanding new technologies
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
