The Chief Technology Office/IT Application Delivery division at DIR is seeking an experienced Appian Senior Developer to manage and optimize enterprise-grade Appian environments across development, QA, and production, delivering secure and scalable Appian solutions, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining high system performance.
Requirements
- Three (3) – five (5) years of Appian implementation experience
- Appian Senior Developer Certification
- Must be knowledgeable about cross-site scripting and SQL injection security issues.
- Working knowledge of Windows, UNIX and Linux operating systems.
- Working knowledge of Internet and Windows networking technologies and applications.
- Skilled in programming and scripting languages: C-Sharp, java, JavaScript, jsp, asp, asp.net.
- Cross browser knowledge (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Mozilla, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed analysis, plans, diagrams, and validation procedures for existing and proposed computer applications.
- Complete requirements analysis, design, development, test and deployment of new application components, as required.
- Configure and maintain Appian environments (Dev, QA, Prod)
- May assist with managing user roles, security policies, and access control
- Monitor system health, resolve performance issues, and optimize UI performance and responsiveness.
- Support DevOps and CI/CD for Appian deployments and apply upgrades and patches in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
