Requirements
- Good knowledge of engineering fundamentals
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Utilize project management techniques, systems, procedures, and tools utilized to meet project objectives
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree in the field of Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong communication skills essential for team-based working
- Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment
- Interest in infrastructure and buildings projects
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager/Project Commercial Manager in coordinating project deliverables
- Assist in monitoring of the project scope, budget, and schedule, including preparation of resource plans, basic project schedules, and review of project financial performance
- Project coordination between other design disciplines, project management, and operational support teams
- Assisting with preparation of client submittals, reports, presentations, analysis, guidelines, and project plans
- Prepare meeting minutes or other project documentation as needed, including requests for information (RFI) and scope change requests in liaison with the design team and client
- Interfacing with the design team to track and compile engineering progress information to assist EV analysis
- Support the Project Manager with project reporting as required
