Requirements

  • Good knowledge of engineering fundamentals
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Utilize project management techniques, systems, procedures, and tools utilized to meet project objectives
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree in the field of Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
  • Strong communication skills essential for team-based working
  • Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment
  • Interest in infrastructure and buildings projects

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager/Project Commercial Manager in coordinating project deliverables
  • Assist in monitoring of the project scope, budget, and schedule, including preparation of resource plans, basic project schedules, and review of project financial performance
  • Project coordination between other design disciplines, project management, and operational support teams
  • Assisting with preparation of client submittals, reports, presentations, analysis, guidelines, and project plans
  • Prepare meeting minutes or other project documentation as needed, including requests for information (RFI) and scope change requests in liaison with the design team and client
  • Interfacing with the design team to track and compile engineering progress information to assist EV analysis
  • Support the Project Manager with project reporting as required

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree in the field of Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
