Terreva Renewables is looking to solve the problem of managing the contractual and technical details of project opportunities post-origination through financial closing and the beginning of construction for their renewable natural gas (RNG) projects
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Experience with large capital project development, management, and construction
- Experience working with multiple team members within a matrix environment
- Effective technical/analytical skills
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to solve practical problems and quickly learn new skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to organize, perform and prioritize various functions to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple workstreams on several projects to ensure they stay on schedule and budget
- Organize and plan project development tasks and schedules
- Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are developed successfully
- Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise
- Interface with outside consultants for items such as: air permitting, engineering design, legal services, etc
- Prepare, manage, optimize, and report on project schedules and budgets
- Create presentations to communicate project status to key internal and external stakeholders
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project/program development/management or equivalent field
- Ability to travel domestically 25-30% of the time
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
