The New York State Department of Health needs to design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions using Microsoft technologies to support its critical mission.
Requirements
- Five + years of experience in .NET development using C-Sharp.
- Three + years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with API development (REST, SOAP).
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience with .NET Core.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure preferred).
- Experience with Dataverse (Common Data Service).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to streamline business processes and improve data accessibility.
- Create and manage Power Automate flows to automate workflows and integrate with other systems.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for data visualization and analysis.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs to facilitate integration between systems.
- Assist with Oracle database design and generation of DDL scripts.
- Develop and execute system test plans and coded unit testing procedures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers.

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
