The NBA is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Data Scientist to design and develop AI-powered tools, multi-agent systems, and predictive models that drive business insights and user engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development, data processing, and automation.
- Strong experience with SQL and data platforms like Snowflake.
- Expertise in Streamlit or similar frameworks for building interactive data applications.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for front-end integration and dashboard styling.
- Experience with LLM APIs and integrating them into data workflows or applications.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience building multi-agent systems and/or distributed AI architectures.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop AI tools and systems for business decision use, with a focus on usability and scalability.
- Build predictive models using Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow to support user engagement strategies.
- Design and implement multi-agent systems for intelligent decision-making and automation across multiple data domains
- Develop and maintain an MCP server to orchestrate agent communication and task execution.
- Analyze real-time and historical data (aggregate and user-level) to uncover insights and predict behaviors.
- Create interactive dashboards and applications using Streamlit.
- Perform feature engineering, model validation, and continuous optimization based on new data and feedback.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in either New York City or Secaucus, NJ office at least four days per week.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to work onsite in New York and New Jersey offices.
