ISRA VISION is looking for a Field Service Engineer to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on vision inspection systems in the glass industry, aiming to detect defects in glass material during production and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in automation, preferably with machine vision equipment.
- 2 years of independent field installations and troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing automation components and programmable devices.
Responsibilities
- Perform field service, remote phone support, and system build support as required.
- Conduct site surveys, installations, maintenance, and repairs on vision inspection systems.
- Configure system hardware, software, and network components.
- Assemble and integrate system/product, and verify operation.
- Use proactive monitoring to identify problem prevention opportunities.
- Conduct applications support to optimize inspection systems where appropriate.

- Represent ISRA VISION professionally on site.
- 80% travel.
- Associate's degree and technical courses or equivalent experience.
