L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to oversee the development of manufacturing test solutions for new product introduction, ensuring the scope, schedule, and budget are met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 9 years prior Engineering or Manufacturing Operations experience, Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience
  • Domain knowledge and experience with tactical radio products
  • Demonstrated experience managing products through design, development, and integration including cost, schedule, and risk management

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing test solution development utilizing IRAD and MRAD funding for NPI projects and Government programs
  • Developing and executing project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and risk mitigations to meet product integration timelines
  • Managing test engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and design engineering aid activities to ensure LRIP deliveries meet customer expectations, company schedule, and financial targets
  • Leading the creation, review, and delivery of basis of estimates for new products, programs, and transfer of technology
  • Developing and improving templates for project schedules and leadership status report outs
  • Partnering with New Product Launch Management to ensure the Yield, CpK, TCI’s, and overall KPP’s from a quality perspective on projects are met or exceeded
  • Engaging and working closely with functional leads including New Product Launch Management, Chief Engineering, Operations, Quality, Production Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and Software Engineering

  • Ability to articulate key message summaries to business leaders
  • In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $108,500- $201,500
  • U.S. citizenship may be required for security clearance
