Requirements
- Must hold a technical role on the C2G family of programs.
- Experience developing and executing complex hardware and software development program and project plans.
- Understanding of System, Software, Test, and Hardware Engineering processes.
- Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Previous Risk & Opportunity Management responsibility.
- Complete Program Lifecycle - Experience on Development and Sustainment programs
- Experience in Support of Large, Complex Development Programs
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Project Engineers and CAMs
- Coordinating direct employee recruitment & selection
- Assisting in employee mentorship and training, performance discussions and recognition
- Cultivating and growing the Project Engineering organization
- Interfacing w/ Program Management, CAMs, Functional Leads, other discipline leaders, and customers over priorities, milestones and deliveries
- the candidate will have a technical role on the program as a Project Engineer utilizing their experience to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team through development activities related to ground systems.
- Experience maintaining tight control of a technical baseline through requirements selloff and leading the development of Engineering Change Proposals for new work scope.
