Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in material handling systems design or implementation.
- Strong understanding of racking systems, conveyors, AS/RS, autonomous vehicles, and related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior technical resource in project design phases.
- Perform detailed reviews of design and order documentation to identify discrepancies and risks.
- Oversee planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project health across the portfolio, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely resolution of escalated project issues and resource constraints.
- Review and approve project work plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies in material handling and automation to guide solution innovation.

- 2+ years of experience in leadership or management role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
