Keywords Studios is looking to hire a Lead to manage a 50-person team responsible for training an AI engine and coordinating work across different time zones. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, effective team management, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Technical aptitude in one or more of the following: Spreadsheets (eg, Excel, Google Sheets), Email/calendar (eg Outlook, Gmail), project management (eg, JIRA, Asana)
- Ability to assist in system troubleshooting and resolution
- A stable internet connection with a download speed of 50-100 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 50 employees including Performance Management
- KPI Management
- Process improvement
- Ensure proper documentation and instructions are in place for remote teams
- Manage the successful delivery of hand-offs from the US team to remote teams
- Manage scope of work and deliverables for team
- Think strategically about end-to-end processes and how to improve them
