- Lead and manage laboratory projects, ensuring timely execution within budget.
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and achieve project milestones.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to propose innovative solutions for business challenges.
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to design and implement innovative strategies.
- Business Development and Achieving Annual Business Targets.
