Royal Electric Company is looking to solve the problem of providing expert electrical design, construction, and service to builders, contractors, and facility owners by hiring an intern to work with their Project Management teams.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a higher-level education program for Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all areas of business, internal and external customers, etc
- Must wear proper PPE while on jobsites
- Must comply with all safety standards and procedures
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Responsibilities
- Assisting with coordinating crews and timelines
- Assisting with writing RFIs and submittals
- Daily reporting of project progress
- Travel to jobsites as needed
- Participate in safety meetings, i.e. Tailgate Talks, Stretch & Flex, etc
- Sit, stand, and walk during the duration of the workday
- Will lift, carry, push, pull, kneel, crouch, and reach
