Siemens is looking to improve project excellence and implement continuous improvement initiatives within their Rail Infrastructure Passenger Organization by leveraging automation and AI solutions to streamline project management processes.
Requirements
- Familiarize yourself with our standard processes.
- Assess current practices.
- Identify opportunities for improvement measures that utilize automation or AI solutions.
- Implement the proposed solutions to streamline topics such as resource management, cost, and quality management, scheduling, and document/configuration management.
- Test and monitor the implemented solutions and assist in rolling out the solutions to the relevant groups.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Management, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to assess current practices.
- Identify opportunities for improvement measures that utilize automation or AI solutions.
