Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or project management methodologies is a plus
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or ServiceNow is desirable
- Exposure to cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure)
- Interest in SRE principles such as automation, observability, and fault tolerance
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD concepts
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Support service delivery initiatives, including incident management, change coordination, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and service managers to streamline delivery processes
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to service improvement plans
- Help track KPIs and prepare dashboards for leadership reviews
