Strata is looking to solve the business problem of helping healthcare organizations drive better financial and clinical outcomes by implementing their software solutions. The job is to support these software implementation efforts by leading a portfolio of small-scale projects.
Requirements
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office)
- Foundational understanding of project scope, timelines, and budget principles
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing project progress using established tools, facilitate transparent and proactive communication with internal teams and customer stakeholders to align expectations, and ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and within scope.
- Independently lead a portfolio of small-scale customer projects from kickoff to completion, with mentorship and guidance from senior project leaders
- Develop and maintain project workplans, documenting changes and risks in alignment with customer statements of work
- Monitor project progress using Salesforce, Smartsheet, and other Project Management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met and expectations are aligned
- Reporting progress through weekly status meetings and monthly executive meetings with clients and internal leadership
- Assisting project leaders in defining risks, dependencies, and issue resolution

- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or related roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented in the face of challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances
