ReturnPro is seeking a Project Manager to drive execution across a diverse portfolio of technology and systems initiatives, serving as a key link between product vision, technical development, business needs, and operational delivery.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches).
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with cross-functional dependencies and evolving requirements.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent platforms.
- Familiarity with software development cycles, systems integrations, and/or infrastructure projects is a plus.
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of technical and cross-functional projects, from initiation through planning, execution, delivery, and post-launch support.
- Translate high-level goals into detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives across agile or hybrid project frameworks.
- Monitor and mitigate project risks, scope changes, and potential delays—communicating proactively with stakeholders and escalating issues as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between technology teams and operational/business stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success and report progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support vendor selection, onboarding, and management when external solutions or contractors are part of project execution.
Other
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within a tech-driven, operational, or logistics-focused environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred—or equivalent experience.
