Requirements
- Understanding of the basics of project management
- Knowledge of project management tools is a plus
- Experience with technology is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with cloud solutions providers such as Oracle, Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Snowflake, ServiceNow, SAP, Dell Boomi, Google Cloud, Microsoft cloud Azure, AI RPA
- Strong aptitude, motivation, and high potential
- Ability to manage a team of diverse individuals from Jade and the customer to keep all activities on target for completion
- Ability to facilitate conversations and drive decisions
Responsibilities
- Documenting the project, goals, scope, approach, timeline, and team structure into a format consumable by all project team members
- Preparing and monitoring to a project plan with defined interdependencies
- Defining and documenting project roles/responsibilities for all team members
- Jointly working with the customers’ project manager to keep all project activities on track against the schedule
- Assessing, reporting and mitigating project risks
- Setting team and customers’ expectations for engagement on the project
- Communicating project status through both written and verbal reports
