Infor is looking to solve the problem of coordinating and supporting the implementation of their Hospitality Management Solution (HMS) to customers by hiring an Associate Project Manager to assist in managing project plans, resources, timelines, and communications for multiple concurrent deployments.
Requirements
- Experience including resource scheduling
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with project coordination or associate project management responsibilities
- Experience in managing multiple project timelines and workstreams simultaneously
- Experience with task tracking or documentation tools
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or related experience
- Experience delivering customer service in a hospitality or client-facing environment
Responsibilities

- Keeping appropriate client and Infor resources informed of project progress, completing weekly Project Status Reports, dashboard reports, participating in weekly PM meetings and communicating appropriately with client project sponsors, client department leadership, and staff

- US Citizen or documented ability to work in the US without visa support
- Experience with U.S. government-funded military projects and/or programs
- Ensuring all project resources are identified, forecasted, and able to post billable time
- Completing timely and accurate client invoicing and monitoring outstanding receivables
- Shared responsibility for individual property kick-off call
