Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI lifecycle, including data sourcing, model development, deployment, and monitoring
- Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and success metrics
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps practices
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables focused on AI-driven business outcomes
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead project status meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder updates
- Monitor progress, manage interdependencies, and ensure timely delivery of AI solutions
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on initiative complexity and stakeholder needs
- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for AI models and systems
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product owners to validate feasibility and align on solution design
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related experience
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects, with 2+ years in AI, ML, or advanced analytics
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- PMP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification
- Insurance Industry experience
