Meta's Global Operations Integrity Operations Team aims to create a safe environment for its communities by preventing online and real-world harm through scalable support systems and cross-functional collaboration. The Human and Adult Sexual Exploitation Team specifically seeks to mitigate real-world harm and protect the community by identifying and addressing exploitation issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in a role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations
  • Experience working on issues that may not be clearly defined and require strategic direction, analysis of situations and conceptual thinking
  • Experience communicating with various audiences, including engineering and technical teams
  • Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing large datasets in SQL, Google Sheets or similar tools to evaluate operational health and identify areas of improvement
  • Experience working in a technology company or consulting firm

Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements
  • Manage and improve day-to-day Exploitation problems operations against quality and efficiency targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations
  • Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems
  • Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats
  • Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community
  • Build robust cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users

  • MBA or graduate degree
  • This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing
