Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Agile frameworks.
- Strong ability to synthesize technical details into clear plans and executive-level communications.
- Experience managing technical projects in Agile environments.
- Experience managing data science or AI projects.
- Proven success delivering projects involving data science or AI.
- Familiarity with generative AI and emerging agentic AI approaches
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of a portfolio of AI and data science projects from planning through implementation.
- Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to manage dependencies and ensure clarity of requirements.
- Lead agile ceremonies - scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives – while driving accountability.
- Help stakeholders understand what’s possible with AI and translate that into actionable project requirements.
- Manage complexity - budget, timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
- Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies, navigating ambiguity with confidence.

- 8+ years of experience in a technical field
