Axon is looking to implement its Fusus platform with law enforcement agencies, and needs a Project Manager to ensure successful adoption and integration, ultimately making communities safer.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant project management experience, with demonstrated ability to manage medium-sized projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, scheduling tools, and risk management practices.
- Curiosity and aptitude for learning Axon's product suite, with the ability to quickly become a subject matter expert.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage medium-sized customer projects independently, ensuring on-time and on-quality delivery.
- Shepherd law enforcement agencies through project requirements, keeping them accountable for deliverables and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks, stakeholders, and resources to maintain project momentum.
- Communicate project updates clearly and effectively with internal teams and customer stakeholders (primarily via Zoom).
- Ensure deliverables meet compliance and quality standards while aligning with Axon's mission.
- Handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities and solving problems independently.
- Track and report on project health (timelines, risks, dependencies).
