Responsibilities
- architecting the team’s process and approach so teams can do their best work at every stage of the process
- helping teams consistently deliver on time, on budget and to the best of our abilities
- proactively tracking and managing the hours and scopes of our accounts
- helping integrated teams stay connected, focused, and informed on priorities and changes to our work
- learn processes

- Bachelor’s degree
- Agency experience is not required but a plus
- locally-based role, where relocation will be required for candidates living outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area
