Dayforce is looking to implement its HCM solutions for customers and needs support in managing these customer-specific engagements to ensure successful delivery according to scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- PMI/PMP certification in progress preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL an asset
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and communication of the progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project
- Utilize a mix of global resources within a matrix environment to ensure maximum productivity
- Working closely with a Principal Project Manager and Project Manager, utilize Dayforce’s methodology to drive implementations to successful completion, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist with the management of sign-off of key milestones and deliverables, such as Project Kick-Off, Project Plan, Status Reports, Steering Committee Updates, Change Requests, User Acceptance Testing, Support transition, Project Closure
- Adhere to and promote highest quality standards in project delivery and contribute to PMO
- Assist in driving the UAT process thorough metrics and reporting.
- Contribute to enhancement of Dayforce implementation methodology and PMO; provide feedback on tools and templates and contribute to best practices
Other
- Final year Undergrad, Post Grad, Diploma, Certificate students with Project Management background (academic/professional) or equivalent experience.
- Customer Service skills or background
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills
- Full-time availability of 37.5 – 40 hours weekly is required to be eligible for this opportunity.
