Manages departmental operations for the Memory and Aging Project (MAP) and provide support to the Associate Director. Oversees the implementation of department operational activities. Provides leadership on the daily operation of the department. Manages departmental projects, programs, and optimizes day-to-day workflows among multiple groups (front office, nurses, research coordinators, and cognitive assessment unit).

Responsibilities
- Optimizes workflows to ensure completion of MAP clinical assessments and referrals to other Cores and projects.
- Manages research, core projects, and training and/or dissemination of programs.
- Supervises staff and manages staff performing all project components.
- Provides technical and managerial expertise associated with the implementation of studies and projects.
- May provide oversight for accounting functions and financial oversight of project budgets and expenditures.
- Provides support to the school’s grants in support of the center work.
